What are the margin requirements for manuscript submission? |
It is strongly recommended that prospective authors download suitable style files for use with
LaTeX and templates for use with
MS Word.
The style files and templates provided here have been created to ensure that the margin requirements are adequately met. Note that each conference has its own page setting requirements. Even if you recently downloaded the style file or template for a previous conference, this does not mean that it will meet the requirements for the next conference. If, for some reason, you are not able to use the provided templates or style files, please observe the following margins and font settings strictly. Caution: Not adhering to appropriate margins and/or font settings may result in removal of the paper from the conference proceedings without warning.
Due to rounding off, settings may be off by 0.01in or 0.01cm. This is within acceptable tolerance of publishers' guidelines. |

Should I prepare document in "Letter" or "A4" size? |
Initial submissions (for review purposes only) may be prepared using either US Letter or A4 paper size.
Please consult your conference home page for
the page size requirement for the final manuscript. |

Is there is limit on the number of pages in my manuscript? |
Once again, each conference sets its own page limits.
This information appears on the conference website rather than here.
Please consult the
conference home page for
further information on page limits for each conference.
Note that most conferences are also placing restrictions on number of pages for initial submissions and you will not be able
to upload the file if it exceeds this limit. |

Is there a limit on the memory size of the manuscript? |
The conference recommends that authors keep the final version of their manuscript below 500 KB.
This is to prevent the need of multiple CDs or DVD format for the proceedings.
In exceptional cases larger files are acceptable.
Files larger than 2 MB cannot be uploaded through the manuscript submission system. |

Can I include audio/video clips in my submission? |
Not at present. Some conferences allow video files to be
uploaded separately as attachments to the submission. |
