Abstract

The problem of disturbance rejection by observation feedback for linear systems over principal ideal domains is investigated. The problem is formulated within the framework of a geometric approach. Then, a necessary condition and a sufficient condition for the problem to be solvable are obtained. An example is given to illustrate our result.
